I. General configuration principles

1. Bearing roller

Among the load-bearing rollers, the trough-shaped roller is the standard roller, which is the most used, followed by the trough-shaped forward tilting roller, and the self-aligning roller is the least. The usual configurations are:

①The ratio of groove-shaped idler to forward-inclined idler is 4:1, that is, there is 1 set of groove-shaped forward-inclined idler in every 5 sets of groove-shaped idler.

②The ratio of groove-shaped roller to groove-shaped self-aligning roller is 9:1, that is, there is 1 group of self-aligning roller in every 10 groups of groove-shaped upper rollers.

③The ratio of groove-shaped idler, groove-shaped forward-inclined idler and groove-shaped self-aligning idler is 10:2:1, that is, every l3 group of groove-shaped upper idler has 2 sets of forward-inclined idlers and 1 set of self-aligning idlers. Roller usually adopts 5:2:5:1 method when installing. ,

2. Return roller

In the return roller group, the standard roller is a parallel lower roller, and there are also a two-roller V-shaped roller group and an inverted V-shaped roller group, which have a certain effect on preventing the lower conveyor belt from deviating. There are V-shaped forward tilting rollers and lower centering rollers with corrective effect. The usual configurations are: ①The ratio of parallel lower rollers to V-shaped forward tilting rollers is 7:3, that is, every 7 sets of parallel lower rollers are set. 3 sets of V-shaped forward rollers. ,

②The ratio of the parallel lower idler to the lower centering idler is 9:1, that is, there are l sets of centering idler in every 10 sets of parallel lower idlers. ,

③The ratio of parallel lower rollers, V-shaped rollers and lower centering rollers is 10:2:1, that is, there are 10 sets of parallel lower rollers, 2 groups of V-shaped rollers, and 1 set of lower centering rollers in every 13 groups of lower rollers. The roller is usually installed in a 5:2:5:1 method. ,

Second, the influencing factors that need to be considered when configuring

1. External factors

The external factors mainly consider the installation of equipment, the quality of manufacturing and the geological conditions of the equipment foundation. For belt conveyors with large manufacturing and installation errors and unstable geological conditions, the proportion of self-aligning rollers should be increased as much as possible during the design. , On the contrary, it should be minimized. ,

2. Internal factors

The internal factors are mainly in the design of the basic parameters of the conveyor, such as belt speed, transport distance, number of receiving points, and receiving method. Generally, the higher the belt speed and the longer the transport distance, the configuration ratio of the self-aligning roller should be reduced as much as possible. The more material receiving points and the larger the overlapping angle of the material, the configuration of the self-aligning roller should be increased as much as possible. ,
