Technical Description of Shanghai Muxiang Lift System

1. Basic technical parameters required for conveying equipment:

2. The working process of elevator and conveying device is as follows:

Manually select the floor conveying mode → manual forklift pick up the goods → put the roller line on the first floor → start the roller line → enter the car (when the car is in place) → start the hoist → start the roller line when the car is in place. (When the car is in place) When there are products in the box and on the outlet roller line, the equipment is in the waiting state, and the inlet and outlet rollers have waiting positions)

  7) The main frame of the elevator is made by welding with 120mm*120mm*5mm square tubes, and the surface of the frame is painted.

   8) The frame of the hanging cage is made of 80X40 square steel pipe and the surface is sprayed with plastic.

  9) Urethane buffers are used at the bottom to reduce the impact of the cage on the bottom frame.
